Bob Parks, Chairman Parks is also the principal broker of Bob Parks Realty. He opened the real estate company in 1975, his first development in 1977 and continues to be actively involved in the operations of his companies. Today, the company ranks as the 36th largest independent real estate brokerage firm nationally. Parks is a resident of Rutherford County and is very active in community organizations.

John Harney, Chief Executive Officer Harney partnered with Parks in 1989 to form ParkTrust Development. He is one of Tennessee's top commercial real estate agents, and an accomplished developer and contractor. His expertise extends from site selection and zoning approval to acquisition and development. Harney is active in the Boy Scouts of America and other community organizations.

Rick Cantrell, Chief Operating Officer Cantrell came to ParkTrust after 18 years with the City of Murfreesboro and in private engineering and consulting. He served the city as public works coordinator, planning director, senior planner and project manager. Cantrell's extensive knowledge of city and county government, project management and construction has proven invaluable to ParkTrust's efforts.
